Each of these offerings is a little different, but they all come back to the same thing: helping you find your way back to you.
Work With Me From Wherever You Are
While I'm based in Amarillo, Texas, much of the work I offer doesn't require us to be in the same room.
Several of my services are available virtually, so whether you're here in Amarillo or somewhere else entirely, we can still work together.
Reiki
A space to rest, receive, and let your nervous system exhale.
You don’t have to come into a Reiki session knowing what needs to shift or even having the words for what you’re feeling. You get to lie down, get comfortable, and receive.
I use Reiki intuitively, paying attention to what I notice in your energy and chakras throughout the session. Afterward, we’ll talk about what came up and anything that may be helpful for you moving forward.

Body Wisdom & Intuitive Guidance
Your body is always communicating. Sometimes we just need to slow down enough to hear it.
Body Wisdom is a conversational session, not physical bodywork. We talk and follow what is showing up emotionally, energetically, and in the patterns of your life.
You don’t have to sit perfectly still, close your eyes, or experience the session in any particular way. You’re welcome to shift, move, get comfortable, or keep your eyes open. There isn’t a “right” way to do this. Part of the work is giving your body enough room to notice what it’s already trying to tell you.
Sometimes what we’re feeling today has a deeper thread underneath it. Together, we may explore the emotions your body is still holding onto, where certain patterns or reactions may have started, and why something keeps showing up even when you thought you had already moved past it.
There isn’t a rigid formula. We start with what’s showing up now and follow the thread from there.
When you begin to see that thread, things can start to make more sense. You may leave with a deeper understanding of what you’ve been carrying, more compassion for why you respond the way you do, and a clearer sense of what you need moving forward.
You don’t have to come in knowing exactly what needs attention. That’s what we uncover together.

Spirit Release Therapy
A deeper energetic clearing to help you start with a clean slate.
Sometimes we can feel heavy, drained, stuck, disconnected from ourselves, or simply feel like something is “off” without really knowing why.
Spirit Release Therapy is a deeper energetic clearing that looks at energetic patterns, attachments, disturbances, and other influences that may be affecting your energetic field.
You don’t have to know what’s there or what needs to be cleared before we begin. That’s part of the process.
How the clearing works
Spirit Release Therapy is conducted remotely, and you are not present during the clearing.
Before your clearing, you’ll complete an intake form that provides information to help guide the session.
During the clearing, the facilitator, medium, and spirit guides work together to identify energetic patterns, attachments, or disturbances that are ready to be addressed. The medium connects with their spirit guides to receive information related to the session.
What comes through may include energetic clearings, entity removals, past-life imprints, soul fragment retrievals, energetic repairs, or other shifts connected to your healing process.
All work is done with the permission of your higher self and in alignment with your soul’s highest good.
After your clearing:
Once your clearing is complete, you’ll receive a detailed report by email outlining what came through and what was addressed during the session.
You’ll also receive aftercare guidance to support you following your clearing.
I think of Spirit Release Therapy as an opportunity to clear the energetic clutter and start with a clean slate energetically.
SRT can be a stand-alone service or complement other work we may be doing together through Reiki, Body Wisdom & Intuitive Guidance, or Sacred Reclamation.

When you click Begin Your SRT Clearing, you’ll be taken to a short intake form where you’ll provide your name, date of birth, current location, and a little information about what is bringing you to SRT.
Once you complete the intake form, you’ll continue to checkout to complete your $100 payment. You do not need to schedule or attend the clearing. Everything is done remotely.
After your clearing is complete, you’ll receive your detailed report and aftercare information by email. Please allow up to 7 days after your clearing to receive your report.

Sacred Reclamation
A space to come back to yourself, one layer at a time.
There are times when healing becomes less about fixing yourself and more about reclaiming yourself.
Sacred Reclamation is a 3–6 month private experience for women who are ready to spend intentional time reconnecting with themselves, exploring what they've been carrying, and reclaiming the parts of themselves that may have gotten lost beneath expectations, old stories, survival patterns, relationships, and the roles they've learned to carry.
We aren't trying to uncover everything at once.
We give the work time to unfold.
What our work together looks like
We'll meet once a month for a private, in-person session, following whatever is showing up for you at that point in your journey.
Our time together may include Body Wisdom, intuitive guidance, energy work, nervous system support, conversation, reflection, ritual, or other tools depending on what is coming forward and what you need.
Around the middle of each month, we'll also have a 30-minute check-in call. This gives us space to talk about what's shifted since your session, what you're noticing, what may be surfacing, and where you may need support before we meet again.
This slower rhythm gives you time to experience the work, take it back into your life, notice what changes, and then return with whatever the next layer brings.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about coming back to yourself.
Your Sacred Reclamation journey includes
A minimum three-month journey, with the option to continue for up to six months.
Each month includes your private in-person Sacred Reclamation session, a 30-minute mid-month check-in call, and personalized practices, reflection, or support as needed.

Three-month minimum commitment with the option to continue for up to six months.
Total investment: $750–$1,500, depending on the length of your journey.
Empowered Renewal
An intensive six-week journey for the woman who is ready to go deeper.
Sometimes you don't want months between sessions.
You know something needs to change, you're ready to give it your attention, and you want the space and support to really get into the work.
Empowered Renewal is my most intensive private offering.
Over six weeks, we work together in a much more concentrated way than we would in a single session or even through the slower monthly rhythm of Sacred Reclamation.
This gives us the opportunity to uncover patterns, work with what continues to surface, and stay connected to the work as it's happening — rather than waiting weeks before we come back together.
What our work together looks like
This isn't a predetermined program where every woman moves through the same six steps.
Your six weeks are built around you.
We may work with Body Wisdom, intuitive guidance, Reiki and energy work, nervous system support, coaching, reflection, ritual, or other tools depending on what you're experiencing and what begins to unfold.
And because we're working together closely over six weeks, we have the ability to follow the threads as they appear.
Something may surface in one session that leads us somewhere completely different in the next.
That's the beauty of this work.
We don't have to rush the process, but we don't have to lose momentum either.

Her Time Circle
Gather. Grow. Belong.
Her Time Circle began because I was craving something I think so many women are craving: real connection with other women.
I wanted a place where we could gather without having to perform, have real conversations, learn from one another, laugh together, be witnessed, and simply have a place where we belong.
What started as a simple invitation to connect has grown into a community of women gathering regularly to support one another, learn, share, and experience something we don't always get enough of in our everyday lives:
connection.
There are different ways to gather with us
Connection Circle is exactly what it sounds like. A space to gather, connect, talk, laugh, and be with other women. There isn't an agenda or something you need to accomplish. You just get to come as you are.
Learning Circle brings women together to learn and experience something new. I invite guest speakers and practitioners from our community to share their knowledge and specialties with us, giving women access to different tools, perspectives, and resources.
And as Her Time Circle continues to grow, so will the ways we gather — through special events, experiences, retreats, and whatever else this village becomes.
You don't have to do life alone.
