I didn’t set out to do this work. I found my way here.

For 35 years, I stood behind a chair listening to women’s stories.

And I learned pretty quickly that what happened in that chair was rarely just about hair.

Women talked about their relationships, their families, their fears, the things they were celebrating, and the parts of themselves they were trying to find again.

I didn't realize it at the time, but I was learning how to listen. How to hold space. How to make someone feel comfortable enough to say the thing they hadn't said out loud yet.

When I retired from doing hair, there was one thing I missed more than I expected.

The women.

Not doing hair. The connection.

So I put a post on Facebook basically saying, Hey, this is what I'm into. Anybody want to get coffee?

Honestly, I had no idea what would happen.

More than 100 women responded.

I frantically created a Facebook group and basically said, Okay, everybody come over here.

And that simple invitation eventually became Her Time Circle.

What started because I needed connection too has grown into a community of women gathering to talk, laugh, learn, support one another, be witnessed, and belong.

And the more this has grown, the more I've realized that none of the pieces of my life have been separate.

The years behind the chair. Becoming a Reiki Master. Learning energy work and coaching. Trusting my intuition. Learning to listen to the body. Sitting one-on-one with women. Creating Circle.

It has all taught me different ways of listening.

Listening to what you're saying.

Listening to what you're not saying.

Listening to what your body is saying.

And helping you slow down long enough to hear what you already know.

That's really the heart of my work.

I don't believe I have your answers. And I'm not here to tell you who you should be or what your life should look like.

I believe you carry a lot more wisdom than you've probably been taught to trust.

Sometimes you just need a place where you can get quiet enough to hear it.

That's the space I create.

A place to exhale.
A place to be seen.
A place to figure out what you actually want.
A place to find your way back to yourself.

To come home to you.

Maybe you’re finding your way home, too.

If something in my story or my work speaks to where you are right now, I’d love to connect with you.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need or where to begin. You can explore the different ways we can work together, join us in Her Time Circle, or simply reach out and start a conversation.

There’s a place for you here.
